OEJP wrote a recommendation letter to Mission Blue when the Nature Conservation Society of Japan, Dugong-no-Sato, and the Save the Dugong Campaign Center applied to Mission Blue to designate the Henoko-Oura Bay Coastal Waters as a Hope Spot.
